Rental Terms and Care Coverage

Rental term
Each artwork rental follows the interval and renewal setting selected at checkout.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery windows are requested at checkout and confirmed separately. Pickup scheduling occurs at the end of the rental period or when otherwise approved.
Care coverage
Care coverage pricing and scope are presented at checkout. Coverage does not apply to all forms of intentional misuse, fraud, or excluded loss events.
Damage and loss
Customers must promptly report damage, theft, or condition issues. Additional charges may apply when loss or damage falls outside coverage or approved wear.
Returns and changes
Reschedules, cancellations, swaps, and service visits may be subject to review, scheduling limits, and fees.
